Intersectionalist

I am searching for a Leadership role within a company that can utilize my entire skill set. The company must be forward-thinking in its vision & mission statements—Intersectional beyond its DE&I program. I intend to unite with a company that is focused not only on its profitability but on its direct carbon footprint on our planet. I am interested in a long-term commitment, leaving a mark from the work I complete & my performance. Be it user experience, developing new avenues for marketing, strategic influence & design, reworking an existing program to find efficiency, or creating a leadership team. I thrive when diving deep into market research or employee satisfaction.

Artist - Entrepreneur

Visionary Leader

Throughout my entrepreneurship, I have attempted to examine the phenomenon of entrepreneurship as a metaphorical interpretation of MC Escher & Salvador Dali's works of art and the conglomerate Berkshire Hathaway, clashing to create an infographic explaining Marxism & how we became an all-consuming society.

The entrepreneurial path is not always visible or accessible. You'll fail more times than you succeed. The most authentic entrepreneur journey is obscure and requires curiosity to fail and try again.

Creating new products and services stimulates new employment, which ultimately results in the acceleration of economic development. Therefore, public policy encouraging and supporting entrepreneurship should be considered necessary for economic growth.

My journey of my Latinism translates in my work with bright-colored imagery that resonates with people to question their ideology and intersectionalism.

I spend my time between my hobby as an artist and developing ideas. I am a self-starter who likes to look ahead with optimism and innovation. I tackle projects with detail-oriented eyes and constant communication with my teams. My leadership style is Situational. I can easily flow between strategic- meeting goals, visionary- to ensure we are cutting edge, coaching- nurturing the team for new concepts and ideas, and bureaucratic or democratic meeting corporate guidelines and taking decisions by core leadership.
